Mukesh Sharma MBE DL

Mukesh has been in the Travel Industry since 1982 with a strong background in consolidation, through the family business, Thriftway Travel. In the 90’s he was also responsible for the Sales and Marketing of Delta Air Lines through a General Sales Agency in Northern Ireland and in Northern India.

Since 2009, he had a leading role in the integration of Thriftway Travel, McNeill Worlwide, Selective Travel, Corporate Travel and Spectrum Hotels under the World Travel Centre banner. With a firm commitment to growth and maintaining a high level of customer service, Mukesh continues to seek new opportunities for the company to maintain its strong position in the UK market place.

He is a founder and former Chairman and current board member of ethnic arts group ArtsEkta, Northern Ireland’s most prominent multi-cultural organisation. ArtsEkta host Belfast’s annual Mela festival. He also sits on the board of Moving Music, a not-for-profit organisation promoting jazz, folk, roots, traditional, classical and other music in Northern Ireland.

Mukesh was appointed Her Majesty’s Deputy Lord Lieutenant for the County Borough of Belfast in 2015 and was awarded an MBE for services to the Travel Trade in the Queen’s 2016 New Year’s Honours.

Keith Graham

Managing Director for Selective Travel Management

Keith has overall responsibility for Corporate Travel. He is challenged with growing and organising the business through leadership, structure and innovation. He is hands-on and possesses the energy to drive his people through Teamwork and is committed to People Management.

He is passionate about the Selective brand and recent success includes contract award of a Framework Agreement within the University sector worth upwards of £100 million. Throughout the previous four years he has strengthened the brand locally and has created a strong awareness within the GB market. He has grown the people extensively and currently employs upwards of 60 corporate travel booking staff. He is actively involved in the business and his strength lies in driving sales, account management, operations, contract negotiation and technology. He has implemented a Quality Management System, securing accreditation of the ISO: 9001 Quality trademark and is working with Management to secure recognition within Investors in People.

Keith holds a BA Hons Finance Degree, Post graduate in Management specialising in Leadership and is a qualified Accountant.

Aidan Coghlan

Group Managing Director – World Travel Centre / Selective Travel Management

As Group Managing Director, Aidan has overall responsibility for managing and maintaining the success of our operations.
He is hands-on and has a keen interest in Technology, Innovation and driving our growth and expansion through new
business wins, product development and acquisitions.

He is passionate about having both the right Culture and Strategy for WTC Group and our people.

Prior the joining WTC Group in 2010, Aidan was Group CEO of USIT Ireland and started his career
in the travel industry as Finance Director of Club Travel Ltd. He qualified as an accountant
in KPMG and holds a diploma in Company Direction. Aidan sits on the Advisory Board of Travel
Solutions International, a global partnership of Travel Management Companies.

Yvonne Lennox

Yvonne was the 3rd staff member to join WTC over 25 years ago so has been part of our story from the very start and on every stage of our journey since. She has seen the Group grow and flourish from the fledgling start-up to the large multi-discipline agency of today.

She started as a travel consultant and still lives by the core values of close personal & professional service for all our clients.

Yvonne is responsible for operational matters and key stakeholder relationships with suppliers, clients and team members.

Adrian Flynn

IT Director

Adrian has overall responsibility for IT development in WTC Group. Based on 3 foundations: a finance background, self-taught IT skills & vast travel industry knowledge, he has designed and developed an all encompassing framework for WTC.

His technology has driven growth and efficiency in all aspects of the business and has allowed our business volumes to treble in recent years.

He is recognised as having unrivalled knowledge of global distributions systems and has written our fares distribution solution, booking system, front & back office systems and much more. Data security and reliability are core principals on which his work is based.

He represents WTC on the Technical Working Group of Travel Solutions International.

Adrian is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and joined World Travel Centre in 1994 soon after qualification.

Angela McKay

General Manager

Ange is the General Manager of Selective Travel Management, she has been in the travel industry for 20 years. She is responsible for the daily operations on the floor and our People Management strategy.

She is passionate about driving our values through every part of our organisation to achieve our vision.
Ange has a positive attitude to work and has a leading role in ensuring this culture is delivered throughout the company internally and with our clients externally.

She was pivotal in gaining our Investors in People accreditation and is continually looking for ways to improve our excellence for the company and our people.

Ange joined Selective Travel Management in September 2014 as a team leader within the corporate division. She was promoted to General Manager in March 2016 and has seen significant growth within the company from people and clients alike as we now sit with over 100 staff and are still growing.

Donna Ward

Group Finance Manager

In her position as Group Finance Manager, Donna has overall responsibility for all managing, preserving and strategically improving the financial structure of the WTC Group.

Donna has a pro-active and collaborative approach to finance, with a focus on improving the efficiency of the operational process. She has a keen interest in technology and ensures it plays an integral role to optimising our dynamic capabilities and driving efficiencies to ensure value creation.

Donna has extensive knowledge in Human Resources and additionally undertakes this function in our Dublin Division.
Donna is a qualified Certified Chartered Accountant, a member of ACCA and actively partakes in continuous development.
Prior the joining WTC Group in 2016, Donna was the Financial Controller of the Schools Division for the Real Experience Group.

Keith Raymond

Group IT Operations Manager

Keith has overall responsibility for IT Operations within the World Travel Centre Group, encompassing areas such as in-house technical support, network operations and security.

He began his career in the travel industry as a software developer with Club Travel Limited, where he developed a number of cutting-edge B2C and B2B applications, before moving on to USIT Ireland Limited where he became Head of I.T., broadening the scope of his role to include both the development and IT operations spheres. Keith joined the WTC Group in his current role in 2014.

Keith has a particular interest in the areas of network security, virtualisation, business process re-engineering and unified communications. He has a keen focus on enabling efficiencies through I.T. processes and on harnessing new technologies to allow our teams to continually improve our service offering to clients.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management Information Systems) Hons degree from University College Dublin.

Glenn Lowry

Business Solutions Manager

Having joined the company in 1999, Glenn has occupied various roles within the World Travel Centre Group where he has gained an unrivalled knowledge of the mechanics that keep the company moving forward. Never afraid to take on a challenge Glenn was recently the project lead on our recent GDS migration. A project that involved thorough planning, multiple stakeholders, various departments, 100+ corporate bookers and a desire to develop a bespoke GDS solution, tailored to the business’s ever changing needs. With an eye to create efficiencies across the company he will shortly be introducing an operations team to support various departments within the Group.

Glenn also oversees the day to day operations of World Travel Centre’s Consol Dept in Belfast and has implemented various new distribution channels via multiple GDS platforms to substantially grow this area of the business.
