We are continuing to expand in the UK & Ireland and as a result of this growth, we are now recruiting for a Senior Business Consultant role in WTC

  • Position: Senior Business Consultant
  • Role Status: Permanent, Monday – Friday only
  • Remuneration Package: € depending on experience.
  • Location: Dublin office

About the Job
You will be part of a team of corporate travel consultants responding to travel requests from SME’s, Public bodies and Missionary sectors across the UK and Ireland. You will play a vital role in ensuring we continue to exceed our service level agreements and fulfil our customer requirements by providing the highest level of customer service and best value for money.

Skills & Experience
Customer service is paramount and the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate this to the highest level.
The following skills are essential:

  • ✓ Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • ✓ Previous experience working in a corporate travel environment
  • ✓ Operation of a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan)

Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel sector.
Training will be provided and you will have the opportunity to continue your development as you progress in your career.

We are continuing to expand in the UK & Ireland and as a result of this growth, we are now recruiting for a Full Time Data Analyst

  • Position: Data Analyst
  • Role Status: Permanent, Monday – Friday only
  • Remuneration Package: £ depending on experience.
  • Location: Belfast office

About the Job
To provide development support, including continual data analysis, checking quality and looking for continuous improvement to our data solutions. You will turn data into information, providing insight into business decisions. You will provide assistance both internally and externally in line with the business strategy.
Duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • ✓ Review and report on data quality
  • ✓ Help design and review our reporting systems for internal and external use
  • ✓ Comb through the data to assist in enhancements and develop improvements
  • ✓ Work closely with our IT Department to provide solutions to data quality findings
  • ✓ Ensure we resolve any data issues in a timely manner
  • ✓ Research and validation of entity data using appropriate internal and external data sources
  • ✓ Trend Analysis, specification, testing and implementation of interfaces, workflow solutions, and reference data solutions

Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills are essential and will enable you to complete your role. The ability to work on your own and to deadlines will be advantageous. To be successful in this role you will be expected to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems. An eye for visual design and the ability to present data visually in the best manner.
The following skills are essential:

  • ✓ Working knowledge of leading data analytic tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Microsoft Excel etc.
  • ✓ Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • ✓ Good knowledge and experience of analysing complex data
  • ✓ Experience in Data Quality Analysis (desirable)
  • ✓ Familiarity with external products and services that add value to client and operation reference data management (desirable)

You will be trained in the essential tools required for your role and you will have the opportunity to continue your development as you progress in your career. You will supported by the Management team working with a friendly team of colleagues.
